• You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license to rent any equipment.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to operate any jet ski (restrictions apply).
• Under 18 years of age requires a parent’s / guardians permission to operate any equipment.

A Florida’s boaters license is required to operate any jet ski. Anyone born after January 1st 1988, is required to take the Florida boaters test and provide a proof of completion certificate prior to the start of you rental.

A full tank of fuel is provided with every jet ski or brownie rental. If additional fuel is needed during your rental, you will be responsible for the cost of refueling at one of the local marinas. Please note, marine fuel is typically $3 - $5 more per gallon than your standard fuel cost. 

Yes, all equipment requires a security deposit and will be immediately refunded upon the return of the rental in the same condition as it was rented. We accept the following forms of payment:

• cash, cash app, credit / debit card, paypal, zelle

Deposits:

• Jet ski…$300 / per ski
• Third Lung / Brownie…$150
• Kayak / Paddle Board…$50 / per item
  

All of our jet skis can accommodate up to 3 people (with a combined maximum 500 lb weight limit). Riders must be at least 5 years of age, and be accompanied by a parent / guardian.

No, we provide you with all of the required USCG approved safety equipment needed for your rental.

We suggest arriving a minimum of 30 mins prior to your rental time. This time will be used to check necessary rental documents, complete liability waivers, discuss waterway safety instructions and complete general usage instructions and knowledge of any rental equipment. Arriving late will affect your rental time if the “pre-rental” process is not completed.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to rental, will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of rental, will be charged 50% of the total cost of the rental; or you will have the option to reschedule at a later date and time. (subject to equipment availability)
• If you neglect to show up for your scheduled booking day and/or time, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the rental equipment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled booking and charge 50% of the total cost of the rental if the renter appears to show signs (but not limited to) any of the following; any form of intoxication, medical issues limiting equipment operation, missing / incomplete required rental documents.

In the event of poor weather that results in a cancellation, you may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule for a later date and time. 

The following rental equipment is limited to usage inside the ICW (intercoastal waterway); as far north as the Sebastian inlet, and as far south as Fort Pierce city limits; (jet skis, kayaks and paddle boards). Due to safety reasons, ocean use is 100% FORBIDDEN and will result in the IMMEDIATE termination of remaining rental time; and 100% loss of equipment security deposit. These restrictions exclude the rental of the Third Lung / Brownie diving system. The Third Lung / Brownie diving system is authorized for both ICW and ocean access due to it‘s unique usage.
